It is from the first post, but this is no longer working. I think (hope I'm not wrong!) that chianf092 was offering you a key if you told him what version. Hopefully he will reply now that you know what version you want a key for. If worst comes to worst I'll try and spare a key tomorrow. Not at my machine with keys right now. You have 180 days to activate though!
r2 is much newer and in my opinion much better. Check your PM for key for Server 2008 - NOT the r2 one though.
This prodecf key you have enter will not work with this edtion windows server you must either run windows server setup or enter a windows server enterprise prodect key Bummer it did not work, But i did down load windows server enterprise sr2 last night, But only bad thing is i got no more blank dvd's right now lol, but still needing key for windows server enterprise
Did you try the second key I sent? If that not working either I'll check on my old computer for one that will.

Tassies key sort of work.. it took it.. but could not actavate it.. key used to many times "ok that key worked,but cant use it to activat the activation server reported that the muliple activation key has exceedeed its limit"
Ok I will PM you one, no guarantees on it though. I have heard mixed opinions if these MAK keys will activate both editions anymore. you can not enter these during setup either just an FYI... Check your PM

ok dose anyone know how many times a key can be used ? like if i put in a bigger hard drive or change o/s to another pc ?
Ha, I know what you mean, I don't have any of the old MAK keys for 08 laying around, I gave too many out. Now for R2 though I have about 10 extra Glad you could help poor old Max out here... Personally Max I will tell you R2 is fast, just like Windows 7 without all the extras... Personally I have a hard time chosing which one to run so I have Server 08 DC on one disk, and Server 08 R2 Ent on another Only thing missing in R2 is Superfetch, but I don't use that on 08 either
