Winrar is the best compression utility that has been opening zip, rar and other compressed files since the dos days. It has been a life saver for me when I was using floppy disks and still is today.

Winrar is the only program I have used that will open pretty much anything I throw at it. Even compressed files that come up with errors when opened with other compression utilities (Winzip, 7zip, etc.).
