Yeah. It is disgusting. I will never understand why people waste their time with this horrible thing and then present it as "glass" when it has nothing to do with glass. It is just pure transparency achieved by that stupid layered windows hack which makes each window transparent (yeah, if you are watching the movie in dark room, you can see the content behind the window) and spams all windows' queue with useless WinAPI messages. Also, the performance drop and energy consumption is real problem of this method (because it needs render even invisible content into the screen). If someone likes his computer he will never install such thing.
This method is only for now, When DWMGlass.dll is ready for windows 10 i will be using that method. If you have a WORKING DWMGlass.dll for windows 10 and wish to share, then post a link, and i will be more than happy to use it.
