When you restart winlogon you're normally faced with a lock screen and then a user select screen. You can remove the lockscreen with gpedit.msc. Is it also possible to get rid of the next screen so that restarting winlogon just takes you back to the desktop?
ms account or local ? run control userpasswords2 or do you mean the start screen ? skip and go straight to deskop? right click task bar, properties. look in Navigation (if its 8.1) that list shows go straight to desktop.. check it
