I have a Windows 98 box to rebuild, but I can't even remember how to start (I'll be googling that). I did fire up a Windows for Workgroups 3.11 486 PC 2 summers ago. It was built in 1991 by me when I was young. 2 SCSI drives. It was really amazing that it worked and great to play with that evening. With it in DOS, I was able to reprogram a vintage PIC 16C54 microcontroller ok with some enhanced code for my pirate FM TX. Sadly, the boot drive died the next day when I tried it again.
