This 0X00000005 error is a new bug.
The Windows Store Site is making this error now with the default Windows 10 Store App.
Everything worked fine last month. If I now use the same ISO and reinstall then the Windows 10 Store isn't working anymore.

 

Store on Windows 10 ltsc 2019 is working again, no need to edit any files.

 

I've just installed the lite version and it works.

 

I have problem installing apps with store using ltsc windows. I activated game pass and want to download some games, however install button is stuck and if i install latest store dynamic appx cant select the instalation location. Any fix for this or i need to install non ltsc windows to fix it

 

I have a problem. With a admin user the appinstaller is working and I can install msixbundle apps (right click --> open with --> appinstaller).
Another user (no admin) at the same system can't install apps because it's not possible to use appinstaller.

Thank you very much, that file was the only one that solved my problem with the Store.

Finally, I didn't need the code from the other post. But there are people it has helped, from what I have read.
