    Both Server certificates and key.

    1. Without Server certificates in C:\Windows\System32\spp\tokens\skus, it won't allow to set Server key.

    2. Without Server Licenses in C:\Windows\System32\xx-XX, the setup will fail.

Copy ServerStandard or ServerDatacenter from Server's Windows\System32\spp\tokens\skus.

It does not matter. Copy ServerStandard or ServerDatacenter from 14393 Server's Windows\System32\spp\tokens\skus, and set Server key. This applies to Offline image.

Be aware about Licenses: It must match with key type.

    1. _Default (Retail)
    2. OEM
    3. Volume
    4. Eval

Server converted to ServerRDSH + AppServer-Client-Package?

    Or

Server + AppServer-Client-Package? Or No, because Server does not support unique UWP Apps, like Edge?

Here you go again: ServerACor shows "Microsoft Confidential" which you don't like.

Only Server certificates shows "Windows Server Standard/Datacenter".
