    So, if you use Server just as Windows 10 Desktop, there are options.

    No. Latest Server does not support UWP Apps like Edge.

    As I told you. You need to study Language pack' manifest for display description in your language.

    Well, normally it is supposed NOT to. But as Server Desktop, it should work. Test it yourself.

    You've forgotten to enable Feature "AppServerClient"?

    dism /online /enable-feature /featurename:AppServerClient
