    It depends on how you deploy Windows 10 packages. Mine can update thru Windows Update.

    One question.. isn't 1607 product policy incompatible with RS3/RS4/RS5??
    Is there difference?

    Test UWF on 17639 ServerDatacenter, enable Client-EmbeddedShellLauncher,when the Client-EmbeddedShellLauncher is disable again , log off the system, restart, the desktop experience disappears, when the Client-EmbeddedShellLauncher is enabled again, the desktop experience appears.

    By default, the Client-EmbeddedShellLauncher is disable , why is it disabled again after it is enabled and the desktop experience disappears?
    I know that Microsoft-Windows-Client-ShellLauncher-Package is related to the desktop experience. Microsoft-Windows-Embedded-ShellLauncher-Package should not be that way

    need to work together before embedded features, like UWF, can take effect.

    But by default, in the feature, it shows that Client-EmbeddedShellLauncher is disabled

    I don't use it that way. No comment.

    In fact, 17639 is but a Preview. Why not test it under 14393 environment?

    In fact, I mean, whether the server's desktop experience is displayed, not only related to Microsoft-Windows-Client-ShellLauncher-Package, but also related to Microsoft-Windows-Client-EmbeddedExp-Package.

    These are themselves, I didn't uninstall them

    After testing, UWF on 17639 ServerDatacenter is working properly ,only finds other problems.

    Convert 17639 ServerDatacenter with desktop experience to 17639 Windows 10 ServerRDSH ,Dism /online /get-CurrentEdition: showing error, how to display the correct version? The previous method seems to be useless.

    How to enable Ultimate performance ?
    IMHO better to use branding & cert from RS4, RS5 on 1709.. than RS2

    Yes, if only you know how to swap these system files. But down the track, they will be replaced by CU.
