Latest releases splitted Windows 10 "Activation Technology" into Features-Package (hense no stand-alone package to add or remove), but not Server.

 

System32\spp\store\2.0 appears after replacing the file, but a blue screen appears when entering the system.

 

It suggests that there is something incompatible.

14393 RTM to 14393 Preview --> OK

16299 RTM to 16299 Preview --> OK

14393/16299 RTM to 17643 Preview --> Not working or BSOD

 

I did it
16299 RTM to 16299 Preview --> BSOD

 

Keep trying with files from 16299 SererACore.
