Which build is your Reconstruction tool to be, 20348 or 25398? Combo?

All those are just for repacking sources... 20348 I think.

EnterpriseG are only chinese and English

Better use iot ltsc enterprise ( for windows 10 21h2 or windows 11 )
+custom telemetry script better privacy , for defender you can use defender disabler better result

For activation you can use tsforge full offline activaton

 

I have not modified 22h2 licensing files. You can create 24h2 from here for free

1. Search and Download zh-CN CMGE_V2022-L.1345.iso from other related threads.
2. Change language to en-US. (Except those zh-CN CMGE OEM programs.)
