WinOSR25 edition Update 5074 doesn't work for me at the moment. The image is 1.9GB in version 26100.1, then 2.2GB in 26100.1742, and finally 3.4GB in 26100.5074. We're in a crazy situation, going from a shark to a whale. I managed to upgrade from 26100.1 to 26100.5074 directly. The image is 2.4GB, but with an error, the OS tells me it's in 26100.1, even though in the package folder, the .mum files are in 5074, and the .manifest files too. I'll keep looking for a solution.
To go from version 26100.1 to 26100.5074 I use the sxs folder of the reconstruction pack, I extract the 1742 pack from it and I use the cmd Dism /Image:C:\offline /add-Package /PackagePath:"26100.5074" /ScratchDir:c:\tmp /source:c:\26100\files\sxs
