There is no ltsc package how could you do that. You only adding licensing files and show the system as ltsc. I renamed all 2600 enterprises edition files to 28000 and also inside of mums. Created and signed the cat. It says update.cat signiture error 775. If the update.cat could be passed and gave error at another .cat it can be possible to create and sign other cats but not passed. I changed just update.cat to 28001 and inside it changed just only enterprises packages as 26001 and other packages as 28000 (never seen such a combination) created .cat and signed again same error 775. In this condition all files except update.mum will be original signed files and if it could bypass update.cat verification can solve all. At first update all will be renewed with new versions. Maybe need to use make.cat and sign tool from 28000 sdk
