if you want wnc desktop with latest cu in your language, there are 2 choices: build en-us version with custom latest cu, install, then add your language or modify editions-wnc (remove Licenses-WNC)

Hello, version WinOSR25 28000 is in preparation with the Azure SKU. I won't make the same mistake I made with 26100. I didn't keep all the MSU packages; one is missing, 26100.712, which I can't find. If anyone has this package, please share it with pp03; it would be helpful. I'd like to have it too.

To perform a rebuild from 26100.1 to 26100.7xxx, you need each MSU from the first to the last in a .wim image, from 26100.1 to 26100.268 to 26100.500, etc., without cleaning or resetting the base. This creates a complete SXS source. I'm missing 26100.712, so it's not possible.

Did you enter 26100.712 in the WNC?

    Decompression package manifest

    Open PowerShell as an Administrator
    Type Set-ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted

    Press Enter

Decompression package manifest. Paste the manifest and rename it to 1.manifest. Run decrypte.ps1 (right-click and execute PowerShell). Open decompressed.manifest with Notepad (and edit, etc., and rename it to the original).

    Open PowerShell as an Administrator
    Type Set-ExecutionPolicy Restricted

I don't use SXExp, I do it manually; for my purposes. I see the inner workings of Microsoft manifest by manifest.

I'm looking for version 28000.1 or 1199 of ServerDatacenter, which OEMs should have received (AMD 64). If sharing is possible, thank you.

I created a base system (.26100.1) in manual mode. Each deleted manifest was replaced with another to arrive at an OS with a minimalist desktop shell.

For WinPE, I don't have a solution at the moment. There's a problem with the WinPE SKU merge package, which isn't compatible with the desktop shell; therefore, no WinPE desktop for now.

And if without a shell, does the PE-based solution already work?
