With an Azure.esd SKU that I shared and Defender removed, we have the same thing in 28000.x or 22000.x. Why deprive ourselves?

here is what i observed about 22000 on my sl7 intel:

22000.3260 serverrdsh made from uupdump does boot (secured core and secure boot don't need to be disabled), but 22000.3260 pro doesn't boot

if i remove provisioned apps from 22000.3260 serverrdsh, system doesn't boot

when i make 22000.1 serverrdsh from uupdump and integrate updates with uup->iso (same code as uupdump and same updates), system doesn't boot
