Hello, is this thread still active, or has it been abandoned? Because I can't download any of the language packs from the links provided. Also, it looks like the final version of 26H2 has already appeared on UUP DUMP. I’d really like to have a tool to convert any edition to IoT LTSC. Of course, the best—and, in my opinion, simplest—option is to convert from IoT Enterprise to IoT Enterprise LTSC. But that’s up to the developers, since my wishes and what’s actually possible are two different things.

My 28000.

Fresh 28000.1 installation, no component store corruption detected.
After a few updates, component store is repairable.

Fresh 28000.XXXX installation, no component store corruption detected.
After a few updates, component store is repairable.

And, after /Resetbase, many 28000.1 stayed. e.g.

The result is a bloated, resource-heavy mess that consumes more power than the EnterpriseS version 26H1 28000.2804.
