Q: How to reconstruct 19041.1 full image and simultaneously update\customize it by CU without PSFX files in WinSxS folders?

That error are about Dism.exe, Bedi did not find dism.exe.
Doing what xinso has said, all be good.

 

I did use my own command line tool, or it's impossible to create so many manifests

Can package be created with tweaks ?
so it will add to the os with dism and apply all the tweaks and changes

 

Windows, WinVOS, Nano, etc. are all OS, WinPE, WinRE, etc. are all package.

They can be anything, all depending on how you configure it with specific definition.

It is tool to tweak status, neither OS nor Package.

 

Q: Can we run SystemReset on Server?

No, by default.
Yes, if "BitLocker" feature was enabled before reboot.

Unfortunately, Windows 11 has no SystemReset command line. And Server does not have "Reset This PC" button at Settings.
