You can extract its "baseless" CU. Then, by 20348.1 Client packages, find out the target components and "Repack".

"Package Repacing", the thing you need to conquer. But, not 100%. It's similar to Enterprise and PPIPro.

"PPIPro" is based on top of "Enterprise". Just different in a couple of PPIPro specific packages for "PPIPro Settings". Easier.
"Server Desktop Experience" is based on top of "EnterpriseS". But in different package names and structures. Much more difficult.

14393.0, in classic package structures, is easier to exercise.

Do you believe Microsoft is cascading these derived editions image construction based on mainstream one or there are constructed from scratch too?

    [FYI]

    [for official reconstruction]
To reconstruct 10240.16384 with 10240.16384, no need of tweak.

[for official reconstruction and full customization]
To reconstruct 10240.16384 with 10176.16384, needing gailium119 or zhanglin's tweak.

I don't have small enough script anymore. You can post yours for me to have a test.

As far as I can tell the error CRYPT_E_NOT_FOUND means hashes for the packages in the .cat files cannot be found.
The problem is related to your packages. There're three potential temporary fixes:
    1. Generate a new .cat file and sign it manually.
    2. Patch CBS to bypass the error CRYPT_E_NOT_FOUND. Requires tools like IDA Pro and some ASM knowledge.
    3. If you feel too lazy for .cat generation or patching .dll files, locate the component that led to the error, delete its entry from the .mum files and re-run DISM.
Begging for someone to share some stuff will likely to not change his mind.

    Thanks.

My scripts do not have those things you mentioned. "CRYPT_E_NOT_FOUND" happened to me when the source image is too "lite" too.

Redo the source image, it is fine.

Why not just extract IoT LTSC from gailium119's 20348.1.210507-1500.FE_RELEASE_CLIENT_SERVER_ALLEDITIONS_X64FRE_ZH-CN.ISO
    And add microsoft-windows-client-languagepack-package_en-us-amd64-en-us.esd
    Then Remove microsoft-windows-client-languagepack-package_zh-cn-amd64-zh-cn.esd
    I also add microsoft-windows-netfx3-ondemand-package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~

Boom you have IoT LTSC en-US.

I was trying to make EnterpriseS + ServerDatacenter 2 in 1 (Server + Client) but failed miserably. If you know a way to do it tell me. I've tried so many things and always things go wrong. If I do extract IoT Enterprise from gailium119's 20348.1.210507-1500.FE_RELEASE_CLIENT_SERVER_ALLEDITIONS_X64FRE_ZH-CN.ISO then how can I add ServerDatacenter into IoT Enterprise so the OS can be updated via server update packages?

Nothing has worked so far. I've extracted ServerDatacenter from gailium119's ISO and tried adding it into EnterpriseS version and it didn't work even with Chinese language pack? What gives? What am I doing so wrong here?

I believe gailium119's 20348.1.210507-1500.FE_RELEASE_CLIENT_SERVER_ALLEDITIONS_X64FRE_ZH-CN.ISO is already Server + Client. Hence 20348.1. And so far others(some of the best reconstruction people) have tried to make CUs but have not succeeded. That's all I can offer you.
