I have this webcam (Hama AC-150) and I'm not sure if its need a driver or not on windows 8.1 ? I'm not sure if it will work on Win 8.1 What the different between if its run with its driver and without driver ? And the issue is when I open the camera app in windows 8.1 its just stuck and minimized to taskbar and no thing display.
