Would definitely dump the everything for the above, especially for the aero glass. I know, i have my priorities all mixed up but it is what it is.

The closest you will get to Aero is Fluent Design. Aero is the past & Fluent Design is the future.

There are the LTSB editions which have all of those "features", including the "without support".

Wrong. Telemetry is in all Editions. You have no real control over updates, etc. etc. Plus, LTSB/LTSC is not available for sale to consumers, at all.

LTSB/LTSC is a piece of marketing s**t to make tinfoil hat wearers happy, too.
70% of users end up installing Microsoft Store anyway, only to find quirks using some applications.. because they are running LTSB/LTSC.
Some tier 1 applications have long ago started blacklisting LTSB despite having so many years of support ahead, because no matter what - it's still an outdated build.
There's no objective reason why one would want to stay on old versions other than having specific hardware issues with machines 10 years old (or more).
Telemetry is indeed in all editions, but you can absolutely tame it on Enterprise and Education just fine.
I've been a fan of Education myself, because it's more readily available legally for free, it's present on both consumer and business iso's, can do upgrades from pretty much any version and last but not least, it comes with the most obnoxious crap disabled by default just like LTSB/LTSC (unlike vanilla Enterprise).
Windows 10 will never be ready. It's a perpetuous work in progress, and there's only so much you can do with old spagetti code - sometimes is better to just start fresh - with a new version base.
