Hard drive locked

    Hello

    I get 2,5 320 gb HDD drive when connect i not install anything because drive is locked.
    Any idea for remove lock ?

    I first time running Win XP no see HDD and next run Ubuntu live CD and this same no see this drive HDD.
    When montage in laptop first boot asked me password for drive HDD.

    Can you boot into operating system or is the whole sytem locked ?
    Is it only one of your HDD's that is locked if so which drive letter ?

    Yes this is only one HDD.

    No this moment i format drive and want install new Win or Linux but drive is locked not work.
    I search google i see progs:
    EraseON v1.4b HD password cracker;
    KeyON v1.4 HD security lock/unlock tool;

    Maybe who have and send me ?

    Cannot help you there im afraid ;)

    If you have lost the password foir the hdd then you will need to eihter buy a new hdd or buy an hdd password unlock program like hdd unlocker. However results are not guaranteed :(

    I format for only DOS no sucess still password.
    I think only search good password unlock this HDD.
