Hard drive not recognized after MB replacement

    Hi ,

    To begin , i'm french so my english is not perfect , i hope you will understand me.
    My problem : i changed the motherboard for a laptop HP Pavillon G72 b50sf.
    The BIOS ( InsydeH20 3.5) do not recognize the hard drive . IMG073.jpg and i can't change sata/ide mode.
    I tried with an other hard drive but its the same problem.I'm sur the hard drive is ok because its works on an other laptop ?
    Need i to flash the bios ? or is it a problem of tatoo ?
    help me please

    sounds like it wants the EFI on old hdd ?
    u are second case like this but different brand model.. not sure

    check security section

    sorry but i do not understand what you says means , nothing about it in the security section (only about passowords) . need i to flash the bios , and how ?

    please help me

    Update HDD firmware on a machine that does recognise the HDD, then install it into your new boards machine
