The question is can anyone confirm whether dxgkrnl.sys is loaded at startup in your respective pcs/laptops by enabling boot log in msconfig?

I have had this problem since 10586 build. The problem was like my laptop shows blank screen (brightness dims) for a split second and then goes to lockscreen. It was probably due to the dxgkrnl.sys not being loaded at startup.

I just want to confirm am I the only one facing this or not.

Yes, most times it does. I usually disable it in my system to keep Windows 10 resources as low as possible.

You should check your Task Manager to see if it is running at Process by pressing CRTL + SHIFT + ESC. Whenever it is in loaded at Startup it will be there after restarting or booting up your system.

    Yes, it's loaded for me...
But then, I'm running Server 2016 now ;)
