HELP Dell Latitude D8030

    I have embassey trust suite security software factory installed on the above laptop
    I was clever enogh to forget my password
    Can anyone help with back door password or a fix , apparently the password is on the motherboard, and cannot be bypassed by removing internal battery I am not a computer whiz by any means
    service tag is JBNJLF1
