nvidia gpu. i decided to use the gpu driver that windows update provides for my GPU when i let windows download and install driver it installs ok. i did \DISM.exe /Online /Export-Driver /Destination:%HOMEDRIVE%%HOMEPATH%\Downloads\Drivers to extract the drivers and install them manually in device manager. . but when i manually install it it doesnt install all the programs as when windows update installed them. why.?? i select device in device manager browse folder select it and installs. is there another way that will install just like windows update did. there are some
