HELP I BRICK MY DELL INSPIRON 1210. NEED BIOS RECOVERY. WPH file

    when I update my dell inspiron 1210 bios.. it freeze and take a long time. so i power off . after that i power on..my dell cant start. blank screen and heard beep sound. dell inspiron 1210 using phoenix bios and my Dell use v.01 Bios.

    I want to try recovery using usb fdd. but need help for bios file. is it using wph , bin or rom ? i alrdy download wincrisis or cridisk. need procedure too.
