Hello I have been banging my head against a brick wall for days my laptop hard drive died and need to install 8.1 So I bought a new HDD and then ran into a brick wall! I managed to extract my win 8.0 oem product key by installing win 7 All I need now is a genuine win 8.1 iso but all the generic keys dont work it accepts them but then says it cannot connect to the internet!! theres nothing wrong with my internet! So could somebody please help! I am seriously running out of ideas Oh I tried all the options in contacting the manufacturer they just told me to get lost! I assume my win 8 is single language GB Help
sounds like you need a driver for your nic card or wifi if the internet isn't working. Even unactivated the network functions.
