[Help] Installed Windows 7 Ultimate x64 Bit - Blue Theme all over screen

    Hi all, I Formatted the computer and Installed Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit But There is a blue theme all over in my screen even though i changed it from Personalization menu.. I have a small PC and My monitor is having vga port My monitor is of 15.6" inches and resolution 1280 X 1024. I updated the drivers of Pre installed graphics in the processor but unable to get the desired result. Here are my system details below Kindly help ,thanks in advance.Actually i can't see the diffference between colors in windows like between red and black etc..Here are system details in the attachments.Thanks in advance.

    @RED RUM

    As suggested earlier, please show us a screenshot of the Device Manager => Display adapters section. The installed driver version is a key parameter here.

    Problem is sort out now, there was the cable connection issue, pins were loose of the cable, now all ok thanku for replying.Here is the current screenshot of my monitor .Kindly provide me the link for the latest video driver.as the one you provided was not installing.
    My PC config:
    OS-Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit
    Proccessor:IntelĀ® PentiumĀ® Processor G3240 (3M Cache, 3.10 GHz)
    Motherboard:Gigabyte GA-H81M-S (rev. 1.0)

    Sorry,but I forget to install the extracting software winrar, winzip etc. and in icon it was showing so i directly tried to extract it so it gave the error.
    Now all ok, the unknown device downmenu tab in the device manager window is gone. I am posting the current screenshot. Thankyou all.

    I have the ad-blocker,abp ad block plus etc extensions added in the crome browser.so it was earlier preventing the file from downloading,now all ok.thank you

    There is some problem after installing the driver of the unknown device, now my back side ports,jack of mouse and keyboard are not working after I boot my computer, front side ports are working properly. What is the cause now? thanks in advance
