Best for gaming i want my cpu usage free i have 1909 installed but it consuming cpu 100% but when i open task manager it came to 10 to 20%.
use configure defender & set your cpu usage to 10 % . disable windows search indexing & there you go .
If there is 100% cpu usage continuously, there must be some problem with corrupted files, hdd bad sectors or some bad drivers. Check for it. If everything is fine, check for viruses and clean. Do not stop search index as it will be used to speed up the system later and also it is useful to recover files when you loose files with crash, or deletion or virus. Increase your ram if you have low memory problem.
Must use telemetry banning tools wisely. Sometimes they stop useful services and make system slow, hanged or apps won't work properly.

Only your graphic driver updates can improve FPS in games. 3rd party software cannot. Secondly your operating system can help increasing FPS. Don't install useless apps, keep your boot drive with as much free space you can. Guess you got good graphic card and sufficient memory for the FPS you needed in games.
