OK, boot with your win7 DVD and choose install, choose the win7 partition, see if it gives you a warning that there is already a windows on this partition, if yes, back-off from install and reboot, choose repair and see if it can show the win7 for you to repair. If yes go on with what the other guys told you.

If no, afriad you might have to do a win7 reinstall.

    1. Put the Windows 7 installation disc in the disc drive, and then start your computer.
    2. Press a key when you are prompted.
    3. Select a language, a time, a currency, a keyboard or an input method, and then click Next.
    4. Click Repair your computer.
    5. Click the operating system that you want to repair, and then click Next.
    6. In the System Recovery Options dialog box, click Command Prompt.
    Type:
    Bootrec.exe /FixMbr
    Bootrec.exe /FixBoot
    Bootrec.exe /RebuildBcd
    # Press ENTER after each command.
    # Restart your computer.
However if you still can't start Windows,
then follow step 1 to 6 again and type this command:
    Bootsect.exe /nt60 all /force
Press ENTER and restart your computer.

you may just format the partition which your windows 7 install in.just check the partitions!
if you have done the above , get some data-recovery softwares for help
    good luck

If you have 2 or more partitions, it would be easier to just reinstall Win7 first in the first partition, make this partition active, then install Win8 on the second partition(not active). On Win8, go to advance system settings > start up and recovery > settings > default operating system: Windows 7
