turn off jmicron controler in bios and change configuration to ahci/ide and those two roms do not get loaded. Jmicron on rampage formula board only takes care for IDE/floppy drives, so if you are not using any you can turn it off safely (i have it turned off since start, i only occesionaly turn it on and plug some old ide dvdrom to check if mod works properly). And having sata configuration set to RAID if you are not using RAID is useless as well
