    It is a Phoenix BIOS.

You can use WinRar to decompress the sp37159.exe. Once you decompress it, you will get 30A5F24.exe. Use WinRar again to decompress 30A5F24.exe and the file labeled Bios.wph is your BIOS image file. You can use PBE to mod this BIOS.

Sorry petar, I didn't know we were both trying answer this one at the same time. At least it has been confirmed by an expert.

Really glad to hear from you guys :); received great helps from both of you before as well and because of it I'm sitting happily in front of my newly built pc with vista x64 activated :)

Which version of Phoenix Bios Editor should I use? i found up to 2.2 (there was also a pro version) from the first pages in the "Bios tools" sticky

And Thank you's again for the instructions, I'll read up a little more around the forum to let it sink in, and check back in here for more questions if I get stuck. Thanks

I think 2.2 is the latest version. That's the version I'm using.
