I am and friend are trying to build a Desktop for a Friend Son, whos Dad has rejected him. My mate bought without consultation a MS 7295 motherboard, which I believe is a nec motherboard for a Powermate vl360. Every time I go to install Windows 7 or Windows xp 32 . The installation fails when the machine powers off. I believe the bios needs a medication for Windows 7 and the Athlon X64. Can someone send us and advise how this can be resolved Please
