help on HP notebook ,changing from non-vista to vista in bios

    hey guys i am looking for info on a HP dv9005ca laptop
    i read on here somewhere about being able to change the OS sku
    i think thats what it was called from non-vista to vista .
    but i cant seem to find that info right now .or what utility it is that i use.

    any info would be great and what does this actually do to the bios.

    i need it changed to say supporting vista so i can install the HP quickplay feature
    when i try to install it it says this is not a supporting notebook. notebook must support vista . it was a xp mce machine .
    now running windows 7 modded bios.activated

    thank you very much this is what i was looking for . one question i don't see this utility as supporting my model the DV9000 series . or the DV6000,DV7000 either .
    does it suport these models . or is there a different utility around .
    i have not tested any of it yet .lap top is not in my hands yet .will try tomorrow.
