Help please, all software , programs on windows 10.240 crash, how can i resolve that

    This is the reason why I don't like destroy-telemetry programs coz they destroy also the windows.

    i can't open control panel nor Uac :(
    i will try Windows 10 TNBT UNDO v1.7 & restart pc :(

    Edit :
    i can't open command prompt so can't use " scannow /sfc "

    i have backup image ,
    i use     AOMEI Backupper Professional Edition 2.0.2
    For create backup image , so i use it now
    ------------- i have bootable media , thanx God :(

    I would suggest an clean, new install! And for to really sure the HDD is clean, do an Low Level Format if the HDD as well! Remember by normal deleting and also delete the Partitions etc., all old content will still be there and could be recovered, whil Low Level Format really 'cleans' the Storage totally and irreversiblyIf you like to play with those dangerous tools, make an HDD Clone first, so haven't loss anything!

    after restore... do not simply just run any program or batch without knowledge bro some will screw up...
