I have a question. I have Asus Z97-A motherboard and I'm trying to update the Bios, Since I've installed Windows 10 it throwing error time to time on boot up, ( CPU Temperature too high press F1 ) I downloaded BIOS Firmware update from ASUS support in .cap format but the Ez Flash won't accept it. ( not properly formatted file ). If I may get some help, I would highly appreciate that. Thanks in advance.
