solved! turns out that HP came out with a new BIOS version F23.. and guess what! it solved the problem! it was the bloody F20 bios that was causing the problem! now its all good!! and remember! NEVER update your BIOS without concrete reason and only do it when you know that it doesnt contain BUGS!! THANKYOU everyone for your support
