HELP Want More Ram.

    Okay I am new at this.....:confused:
    I have 2 ram slots both are maxed out with a 256mb pc133 stick in
    themm.... I went out and got a pc133 512mb stick not realizing
    that my motherboard only had a 512mb capacity max....
    I was wondering is there a bios update or something i can
    do in order to install more ram?

    You need to post your motherboard name

    Use Everest and create a report, it will help you find the right bios

    Doubtfull there would be a BIOS update to solve this.
    Maximum memory is usually a limitation of the chipset used.
