Hi all! I need some help to solve my little issue. I have an Acer Aspire 7738g with Phoenix BIOS and recently bought AMD M5950 MXM video card. The problem is that PCB of this video card doesn't have eeprom chip (which contains vBIOS). I've tried laptops with vBIOS in oprom module in sBIOS - card was working fine. In my situation, my laptop gives me Phoenix BIOS error code: 98h - Search for option ROMs. One long, two short beeps on checksum failure. Which means, that my sBIOS doesn't have required oprom (vBIOS) file. So, I need your knowledges and experiences to integrate missing oprom for the AMD M5950. P.S.
