helppp what should i do??

i just buy vertex3 240gb and install on my mbp17" 2011 and then...

why sometime i start up my mbp17 it will error and and restart for 2nd time then
only i can go in my windows7?? some time disk error and ask me ctrl + alt +
del
sometime diskimg error , sometime white screen there jam...is it my
vertex3 got problem??but after go in windows7 it work normal....i test atto
benchmark the highest is 350mb/s only...is this normal?? or should i update firmware?? i just bought the vertex3 yesterday..

and my current firmware is 2.06
running windows 7 only at macbook pro 17" 2011(didn't install mac os)

 

i see ocz forum alot people after update got alottt problem...i scare..
how to update my sata driver??and what is i.e intel rst driver??

and if i update will i need to format my ssd??
