hi all happy new year to all i download this software HoverWheel for this site i love it,i have tryed to run it in startup so that its start when vista runs but it keeps asking me do you want to run ths app does anyone one no how to stop this or does anyone no of any software that does the same what it does, as you move the mouse over a web page it let you scrol without clicking on the page thanks for anyhelp
That would be the 'User Account Control (UAC)'...it can be disabled....but some suggest you don't...I disabled mine..because (I) control whats on my computer...lol....just search google for 'disable UAC,Vista' and you decide and its easy to do.
