How bring Windows 7 build 7600.16385 to the latest update (June 10, 2025—KB5060996)

    Alternative (MDL supported):

    Download a Windows 7 SP1 ISO and drop it on the Simplix Updatepack, or use this tool (fastest) or use abbodi's WHD & Updater script.

    PS, install.esd is not supported by win 7 setup, needs win 8+ setup. And reducing size with hard methods never will be advised here.

    i'd just using my Windows 7 archives and still need learn more about Simplix Updatepack, but i'l try abbodi's WHD & Updater script, sorry about reducing size with hard methods.

    Dism++ will quasi do a Resetbase for Win7. It's very old and no longer updated that I know of, but I still use cleanup from it after installing the monthly updates for Win7

    as far i remember, i'd already tried it and still NTLite more better for cleanup ;)
    thanks i'll try again on the next updates...

    don't forget to backup before trying. My W7 system is not ntlite built.
