How can I adjust the refresh Time at the File Explorer?

    I have in the File Explorer open two windows.
    On the one hand my hard disk on the other side my NAS folder.
    The Explorer settings on the NAS side is (Details - a list from top to down).
    Now every 30 seconds occurs, a refresh of the display window. :mad:
    This is very bad when you are standing at the end of the list, :worthy:
    and every 30 seconds you are at the uppermost position again.

    I know not whether it currently caused :confused: by the NAS or whether it comes through Windows?
    Does you know a setting in Windows who can you turn off this refresh or the time can be set higher?
