How can I flash my bios with .rom file ?

    I want to flash my bios to versiyon v1.27 and when ı tyr it winphlash sends me a error message like that

    "Corrupted interface descriptors in the new BIOS file.
    Part Table Signature not found in the Interface.
    Error code: -161"

    my .rom file is a backup and ı take it on Universal BIOS Backup ToolKit 2.0.. so ı have not got a .whp file I have only a .rom file and ı want to learn how I flash my bios with a .rom file . thanks for read

    Packard Bell TJ65-DM-009TK
    current Bios versiyon is 1.31

    this error message "Corrupted interface descriptors in the new BIOS file" means you are working with a dumped bios.
    Phoenix BIOSes can be backuped, yes..but the backup cannot be re-flashed again due to the lack of flash instructions.
