How can I go back to old version of insyde bios?

    Hi
    I updated my insyde bios form version 1.3 to version 2.1, but the problem is I can't use WIN XP anymore , only WIN 7, and I want to sue WIN XP in my toshiba notbook L300-1b9 so. How can I go back to old version of insyde bios?

    I'm not bios expert but I think the problem with using XP is that your intel chips used AHCI instead of IDE just change it back and you'll be able to use xp.
