    i am used to linux but do not understand all your comments ...what is the name of the menu toolbar of your desktops ? :punish:
    can you post a screen of the menu-start*button opened ? :busted_cop:

    burg looks cool but is not active , its name is too much like a joke for grub aka burg in reverse..i prefer grub4dos , it is really reliable and have a lot of options for vhd plus easy to install on usb withh a simple config file in root folder
    before i was syslinux user with live cdrom .

    If you have an SSD. especially a smallish one like me, you will need to keep track of what crap gets left behind when trying out different packages... I just did mine and gained 1.5GB...

    (NB : Also check Synaptic under Status for Uninstalled (Residual Config listing) for old config files etc)
