That's the U.S isn't it? Harvard University is a private research university in Cambridge, Massachusetts We have a Cambridge in the UK with a good University, Oxford is one of the best too
English is a monumental struggle to learn. It has roots in at least five other languages .... But it can be understood through tough , thorough thought though . How's that for erudition ?

Nothing more intellectually constructive than messing about on a forum when bored Luckily I started growing some plants a couple months back, got myself a greenhouse, so when I get bored I just go tend to the plants for a while, it's therapeutic
