Yes I agree I've been there and walked around, but we can't go again today can we? Why not use google streetview to look around the eiffel tower and see if it really looks similar ...T
I dunno if it's the Eiffel tower, Google has this epic feature to upload an image and it'll search for related imaged. It could possibly be an image of a bridge. Not sure if this link will work for you as well, but you can try: Click here (Google Link)
Would you mind if I’d ask you why you want to know this place? This can be anything. Where did you find the image? Cant you ask the author?
But what is the significance of this what it is? It can be some construction or any building anywhere in the world. Moreover, a very poor quality picture to say something more precisely.
If I had to guess, I'd say it was a bridge. The granite blocks on the right side are a clue. It kind of reminds me of the Williamsburg Bridge (close to me) or the George Washington Bridge. Ah understood. Well it’s really hard my friend to tell you what it is. Maybe if we had a picture of the full object than we could say what or where it is. It’s just not enough on the picture as it can be part of many very known bridges and other objects all over the world. Hope you’ll find the answer though
