From my experience, Everest only says 'emulated' if the SLIC originates from an emulator rather than the BIOS itself. (Which sorta makes sense.) In other words, you are most likely using a SLIC-emulating GRUBLoader to boot into the OS...
I had installed win7 and everest ultimate. Cant see any SLIC table... so does that mean my bios has no SLIC installed? so if i were to request a bios, i dont have to include slic info?
It must not recognize your BIOS Properly. Did you try the newest Beta Version, Which is linked to in the first post of this thread. They keep adding New Motherboard Support to every new Beta.
I've got a P5K-SE Asus mother board. I opened up Everest and checked my Slic and Everest says I've got Slic 2.1. I ran Slic Dump and it also says I've got Slic 2.1. My bios has never been modded and I'm using Windows Loader 1.63 from Daz. What's with this? Has me puzzled.
