How to convert the Phoenix .WPH to .BIN format ?

    Bricked Toshiba U300 BIOS and want to flash BOIS Chip-EEPROM

    Who knows how to convert the Phoenix .WPH to .BIN format?

    you dont need to convert.

    just rename the extension from .wph to .bin and save
